Article 1 [Preamble]
- MTEC AUTO employees establish a fair and transparent code of ethics based on autonomy and responsibility.
- By adhering to these ethical principles, MTEC complies not only with various domestic laws but also with internationally recognized regulations. We pursue mutual trust and shared prosperity with our customers and partners.
- Recognizing that we represent MTEC AUTO, we establish the following code of ethics as a standard for proper behavior and value judgment and pledge to practice it.
Article 2 [Attitude Towards Partners]
- - The company pursues mutual development by building relationships of trust and cooperation with partners through fair transactions.
- - Employees shall not engage in behavior that damages the company’s reputation by exerting undue pressure through speech or conduct.
- - When executing purchasing policies, no preferential treatment or discrimination shall be given to specific companies and purchasing sources or order volumes shall not be changed without justifiable reasons.
- - Employees shall not engage in bribery, accept or offer gifts or entertainment that could cause harm to the company or compromise fairness in performing their duties.

Article 4 [Basic Ethics of Employees]

- - Employees share the company’s management philosophy, align with its goals and values, and faithfully carry out their assigned duties according to company policies.
- - Employees contribute to a corporate culture based on smooth communication, trust, and mutual respect among colleagues and superiors.
- - Employees diligently perform their assigned duties through legitimate methods while complying with relevant laws and company regulations.
- 2. Prohibition of Conflicts of Interest
- - Employees must avoid any activities or relationships that create conflicts of interest with the company.

- - In the event of a violation of the code of ethics, the company will conduct thorough investigations and implement educational measures to prevent recurrence.
